These terms govern your use of AdSaathi ("we", "us"), the web application at adsaathi.in that creates, launches, manages, and optimizes advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google on behalf of your business, operated over WhatsApp and a web dashboard. By using AdSaathi you agree to these terms.
1. The service
- AdSaathi generates ad strategies and ad creative, launches campaigns on your connected advertising accounts, optimizes them daily, and reports results to you.
- Every ad is launched only after you approve it. You can pause all activity anytime by sending STOP ALL on WhatsApp, and every automatic action we take is logged and visible to you.
- We connect to your advertising accounts through each platform's official authorization (OAuth). You can revoke this access anytime from your Google or Facebook account settings.
2. Your responsibilities
- You confirm the business information, photos, and links you provide are yours and accurate.
- Your ads and business must comply with the advertising policies of the platforms (Meta, Google) and applicable law. We may decline or stop ads that violate platform policies.
- You are responsible for your ad account, including payment methods you set up with the ad platforms.
3. Fees and ad spend
- AdSaathi charges a monthly subscription fee based on your plan (see adsaathi.in/product for current pricing). The first subscription includes a free trial. Businesses whose first subscription starts on or before 31 October 2026 get 30 days; after that date the trial is 14 days. Whichever applies when you subscribe is fixed for that subscription and does not change later.
- Your advertising budget is separate from our fee and is paid by you directly to the ad platforms through your own ad accounts. Ad money never passes through AdSaathi.
- Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay and renew monthly until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan anytime over WhatsApp; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current month.
4. No performance guarantee
Advertising results depend on your market, offer, budget, and the ad platforms' systems. We work to improve your results every day, and we show you projections grounded in industry benchmarks, but we do not guarantee any specific number of enquiries, sales, or return on spend.
5. Data
How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our privacy policy. In short: we use your business information and campaign performance data only to run and improve your advertising, we never sell it, and you can ask for deletion anytime.
6. Intellectual property
Ad copy and creative generated for your business are yours to use. The AdSaathi software, brand, and everything behind the service remain ours.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdSaathi's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for actions of the ad platforms (such as ad rejections, account restrictions, or delivery changes).
8. Ending the service
You can stop using AdSaathi anytime. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, misuse, or policy violations, and we will tell you why. On ending, we disconnect your ad accounts and, on request, delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced on WhatsApp or by email before they apply. Questions: support@adsaathi.in.
