What the software does
- Onboards a business over WhatsApp: business type, city, budget, goal, and details about their customers and offers.
- Generates a campaign strategy (channels, budget split, expected results) and writes ad copy with AI, in the business's chosen language: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Bengali.
- Creates and launches ad campaigns on the connected ad platforms after the owner approves every ad.
- Manages budgets: daily pacing during a campaign's learning phase, owner-set budget changes with guardrails, and cross-campaign reallocation suggestions when one campaign clearly outperforms another.
- Optimizes daily: performance rules, A/B testing with automatic winner selection, creative rotation, and schedule optimization timed to when each business's customers are active.
- Reports in plain words: weekly WhatsApp reports, on-demand status, and a web dashboard showing enquiries, spend, and cost per enquiry.
- Keeps the owner in control: every ad launches only after approval, one message (STOP ALL) pauses everything, and every automatic action is logged and visible.
How AdSaathi uses the Google Ads API
AdSaathi is building Google Ads support as its second advertising platform, using the official Google Ads API. Planned usage, per client:
- Create and manage campaigns, ad groups or asset groups, and ads, on behalf of each connected business.
- Create and assign campaign budgets, and adjust them as part of daily optimization within limits the owner approved.
- Retrieve performance reports (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) that feed the daily optimizer and the owner's plain-language reporting.
- Pause or resume campaigns and ads as optimization decisions or owner instructions require.
Campaign types: Search is built first, matching the strategy and creative pipeline already in production for Meta. Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Video, and Shopping are planned as the creative pipeline extends to multi-asset and video formats; Shopping additionally requires a Google Merchant Center product feed, relevant to online sellers specifically. App campaigns are not applicable to AdSaathi's SME customer base (salons, clinics, restaurants, retail, coaching, online sellers), none of whom advertise a mobile app.
Each business connects its own Google Ads account by signing in with Google (OAuth). AdSaathi requests only advertising scopes, and acts only on that business's own account within the budget and approvals the owner set, revocable by the owner at any time from their Google account settings.
This integration is live. Google Ads API Basic access was granted on 4 August 2026, and AdSaathi has created and served Search campaigns through the API on a real, funded Google Ads account. What remains is OAuth verification of the advertising scope, which is what allows businesses other than our own to connect.
Facebook and Instagram
The same management model is built for Facebook and Instagram ads using Meta's Marketing API: each business connects its own ad account by signing in with Facebook, and one connection covers both Facebook and Instagram, that's how Meta (their parent company) works.
Campaign creation, budget pacing, A/B testing, creative rotation, and daily optimization all operate through that connection, with the same approvals and controls.
